This course is developed to enable an individual to acquire supervisory skills and knowledge in supervising and implementing work improvement processes in the workplace
MF-COM-303C-1 - SUPERVISE TEAMS AT WORK
This course enables individuals to acquire supervisory skills and knowledge in supervising and implementing work improvement processes in workplace. It is a systematic approach that allow workers to make incremental and breakthrough improvements in processes that produce products and services for customers.
WSQ Competency Units
The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) system offers a systematic path for individuals to equip themselves with relevant competencies so that they can upgrade their skills, enhance their employability and stay relevant.
Student - Lecturer Ratio
Theory:
The ratio of Lecturer to Students is 1:32 for theory classes
Practical:
The ratio of Lecturer to Students is 1:16 for practical training
Learning And Teaching Methods
All classes will be a mix of lectures and practical skills training

WSQ courses are assessed by practical assessments
Admission Requirements
Graduation Requirements
Upon successful completion of courses. Participants will be awarded the 'Statement of Attainment for WSQ: Certified Operations Professional' by Singapore Workforce Development Agency
Course Duration
The total training hours for the entire course is 80 hours. The duration of the course is spread over 10 days, from 0900 to 1800 hours each day.
The total number of training schedule per WSQ modules per hour are as follows:
Attendance Requirements
Students must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for all individual modules

COURSE FEE FOR 4 MODULES FOR SINGAPOREAN AND SINGAPORE PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY (AFTER FUNDING FROM WDA):
SGD278.20nett per participant
COURSE FEE PER MODULE FOR SINGAPOREAN AND SINGAPORE PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY (AFTER FUNDING FROM WDA):
Funding is made available after 90% with WDA Funding. The amount of Absentee Payroll Support is 80% of hourly basic salary capped at SGD4.50 per hour.
NOTE: WDA FUNDING IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO ALL SINGAPOREAN AND SINGAPORE PERMANENT RESIDENTS

WDA Funding
Only Singapore residents or Singapore PR (Permanent Residents) taking the WSQ: Certified Operations Professional short course can apply for up to 90% subsidy on course fees.
